Do you supply alcohol? Vibraz Mobile Bar is a dry hire mobile bartending service, which is common for mobile bars operating in Georgia. This means we can provide everything except alcohol. While we can pour just about anything, GA law prohibits mobile vehicles from buying and selling alcohol, but don’t worry. We will work with your venue or help you work with our local partners. We can provide pick-up and drop off service if needed. We can also help calculate the amount of alcohol you’ll need based on your guest’s preferences and event size. The advantage of this arrangement is that you’ll save money by letting us help source your alcohol, you get to choose your favorite brands, and get to keep the alcohol that’s leftover.
What services do you provide? Our standard services include Bar rental, trained and safety-certified bartenders, fresh juices and mixers (no cheap stuff), simple syrups (house-made or locally sourced), ice, disposable drinkware, napkins, garnishes and cocktail picks, straws, hydration station, personalized drink menus.
What type of events do you serve? We are perfect for weddings, engagements, birthdays, baby showers, reunions, graduations, anniversaries, holiday parties, retirements, corporate events, trade shows, product launches and more! The options are endless.
What size events can you handle? We can serve a party between 20-200 guests. Events between 50-150 guests require 2 bartenders. Events between 150-200 guests require 3-4 bartenders. Events with 200 or more guests require multiple bar rentals.
Can we use our own staging and decorations? Absolutely! Most of our bars are intentionally un-branded so that you can personalize them based on your event theme.
Can you provide a full bar? We don’t offer a full bar option because there’s only so much we can bring. We also recommend a limited bar menu because it improves speed of service. Our packages typically include the service of 2 beers on tap in our Airstream trailer and 2-3 beers in bottles/cans with our Mobile Booth Bar, up to five wines, and 2-3 signature cocktails.
Do you provide non-alcoholic service? Of course! We can also serve Mocktails, Hot & Iced Coffees. We love a good mocktail and can convert most of our drink recipes into non-alcoholic versions. There are also some great tasting non-alcoholic beer and spirits being produced these days.
Are your bartenders trained? Yes, all our bartenders are trained and safety-certified (TIPS). They are also fun and extremely personable.
Where are you located and how far will you travel? We are located in Perry, Ga and currently operate within a 150-mile radius of zip code 31069, which covers most of the counties North to Atlanta or traveling South to Savannah. Our radius is charged at $2.00 per mile.
Are you insured? Yes, we carry both liquor liability and general liability insurance.
What is your payment and refund policy? We require a 40% deposit to reserve your event date. Your deposit becomes non-refundable after 7 days of signing and submitting the Agreement and Deposit. The contract balance is due 7 days before your event date and is non-refundable.
What are the technical requirements for your bars? Our bars require flat ground for setup and service. Our bars also require adequate access to get in and out of your event space.
